Q: Do your stores offer layaway?
A: At this time we offer layaway financing for purchases made in store. This excludes purchases made at our Dayton, OH location. Boot Country | Work Country of Dayton does not offer layaway.
Q: Can I use my store credit online?
A: No. Store credits given in-store can only be used at one of our retail locations.

Online Returns and Exchanges
Q: Where is my order / has my order shipped?
A: You can login or create on account on our site to check your order history by visiting this link: https://gobootcountry.com/account/login. You can also view the order status page by visiting the link provided in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
Q: How do I find my order confirmation URL?
A: Find and open your order confirmation email. In the email, click View your order. You'll be redirected to the store's website where you can view information about your order.
Q: How do I return my purchase?
A: Visit our return policy page to read the full policy and find the link for our return portal where you can generate a return label. https://gobootcountry.com/pages/return-policy
Q: Then what do I do?
A: Ship it! After we've received and inspected the item(s) and they follow the return guidelines, your return will be processed within 3-14 business days in your original form of payment.
Q: How do I exchange?
A: At this time you must follow the same process for returns and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Q: Can I return online purchases in store?
A: If you live near a Boot Country | Work Country store, feel free to return there! Make sure to bring proof of purchase with you. Visit our locations page to find a store near you: https://gobootcountry.com/pages/locations
Q: Can I return store purchases online?
A: No. At this time purchases made at a store, must be returned to one of our four retail locations.
Q: Can I use my own return label?
A: At this time you must request a return label from us. If you would like a specific carrier, please make sure to state that in your return request email.
Q: Do you accept collect on delivery (COD) packages?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Do you accept worn or used returns?
A: No, we do not.
Q: How long will it take to get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 3-5 days of receiving the return and inspection. It can take 3-14 days to see the refund on your credit card. If you've received your refund confirmation email but haven't seen your refund post to your account, first contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Q: Can I use my in-store coupon / sale online, or my online coupon sale in-store?
A: No. Coupons and sales are created for specific promotions, and do not always transfer.
