Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Policy:

We offer a flat rate of $15.99 on all orders under $74.99. Any order $74.99 and over receives free shipping. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice for each individual order. We are currently using FedEx. Your order total will display the flat rate you pay if your order did not qualify for free shipping. If an order was placed after 3:30pm ET on Friday, or over a holiday, the order will be processed the next business day.

Expedited Orders:

We currently do not offer expedited shipping on orders placed online. If you absolutely need to have an item expedited call 513-248-2668. You may pay for the expedited shipping fee over the phone. This is done on a case per case basis and may not be possible in all cases.

Shipping times:

Orders usually ship within a one-two week time frame. However, if an item needs to be reordered from the manufacturer, shipping times will be extended slightly. If this is the case, or the item you ordered becomes backordered, you will receive an email or phone call confirming that you would still like to receive that item. No extra shipping charges will apply to you.

*Products usually leaves our facility within 1-3 days. Once they have left our facility, please allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery from the carrier. These ship times are not guaranteed, especially during the holiday season. We do our very best to get your items to you as fast as possible.

You may receive a shipment directly from our suppliers. The package slip numbers and other information may not match with your original invoice. 

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple shipments because of varying availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.

Orders Outside the Contiguous U.S.:

We currently only ship within the contiguous United States (also known as the United States Mainland) which does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States. If you are outside our shipping area and place an order through the website, it will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.)

We ship Rocky® products only to customers within the United States of America and its territories.  

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept foreign currency or credit cards with billing information that is out of the United States. Only credit cards issued by US banks are accepted for payment.


An order may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us at 513-248-2668 ext.102 or; shipment confirmations are sent via email soon after items have shipped. Once shipped, an item may be returned for credit (see returns section). Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if the order is suspected to be fraudulent under any circumstance.

Holiday Shipping Disclaimer

*Please keep this in mind for holiday shopping. Items tend to be back-ordered more often and for longer periods during the holidays because of high demand. We always try our best to ship items as soon as possible. Package Disclaimer:

*Please note that we have a brick and mortar location where we store our inventory. Space is limited and we recycle our boxes to help the impact on the environment. If you come into one of our locations you will notice all of our boots are stored on shelves, out of their boxes, both for easy browsing for the customer, and to provide space for more boots! Not all boxes are kept (due to limited space) and you may receive your item in a box other than its original. We do not sell used goods, and we make every effort to find a box that is appropriate for the item ordered. If you are buying the item as a gift and would like to have the original manufacturers packaging, please call the corporate office (1-513-248-2668 ext.102) so an order can be placed for an original packaged item (please note shipping time will be extended with this method). We appreciate your patience with this cork, we are growing and looking to acquire more space to store original packaging.
